MATTHEW MONREAN
Since entering the podcast space in 2017, Matthew Monrean has worked as a media buyer, seller, and agent for several shows, brands, and agencies. He's also developed and launched two separate podcast networks - Castbox and Himalaya - while simultaneously growing each of their distribution platforms. At Castbox, he expanded the platform’s user base and established a profitable business through content partnerships. At Himalaya, he led all creator partnerships as well as the platform's in-app premium offering, the first of its kind in podcasting. Matthew then became the Head of Brand Partnerships at tech-forward media agency, Podcorn, where he generated high levels of net-new business into the space. As a former buyer, seller, and instrumental player in building two different podcast networks, Matthew launched MoonBeam Media to follow his passion of amplifying creator voices and establishing their businesses.
